Preparation
Clear the planting site of grass, stones, branches and obstacles.
Make sure the sapling is clean and dry and firmly planted straight.
Check that TreeShelter and acacia pole are complete and undamaged.
Advantages
Flexible and grows with the tree.
Open structure allows air and light to pass through.
Biodegradable, removal is not necessary.
Step 1: Place the TreeShelter
Lay the TreeShelter flat with the white fold lines facing inward. Fold it closed, slide the acacia pole through the loops and place the tube around the trunk with enough room for growth.
Step 2: Hammer the acacia pole into the ground
Place the post right next to the trunk and hammer it firmly into the ground, about 20-30 cm deep and about 5 cm away from the tree.
Step 3: Check the stability
Check that the TreeShelter is stable and the tree can grow freely. Check regularly and adjust if there is strong growth or seasonal changes.
