GreenSecure at the Fair in Tervete!

At the end of May we were again at the fair in Tervete, Latvia, by now a regular fixture for GreenSecure. Every year we show there how our tree trunk protectors help protect young trees from deer and roe. In Latvia this is much needed, and fortunately more and more foresters know how to find us.

Latvian forests have for years been plagued by deer and roe deer feeding on young trees. For foresters and arborists, this is a serious challenge. Our tree trunk protectors offer an excellent solution here: durable, effective and easy to use. Meanwhile, they are even used by the Latvian government when planting new forests. A recognition we are proud of.

The first day of the fair was all about education. We talked to many children and young people about the importance of healthy forests and how tree trimming can contribute to biodiversity. Our booth was filled with curious glances, fun questions and lots of budding mini-forest experts.

On Saturday, the focus shifted to professional foresters, growers and potential customers. We had valuable conversations, exchanged experiences and shared our vision.
